Insurances we accept for Hand Therapy:

 

We accept most major insurance plans such as:

• BlueShield
• CIGNA with American Specialty Health
• Medicare
• United Healthcare
• ...call our office for more info, or your insurance to check if we are providers.

 

For HMO plans, we are providers for:

• Brown and Toland
• Sutter EastBay
• Affinity 

 

We accept Workcomp depending on specific networks (MPN) they may use .

 

We are Out of Network for Anthem BlueCross*, Aetna, Humana, and TriWest/ Tricare.  You may still seek our services under your out of network coverage or by paying out of pocket.

* For Anthem BlueCross: we do require patients to pay for each visit at our selfpay rate at time of check-in as Anthem is known to send their payments directly to patients.

For Acupuncture services: 

 

We are only contracted with United Healthcare for our Acupuncture services.

 

Workcomp will cover Acupuncture treatments.  Have your physician request approval with your workcomp!

 

All other insurances would be under out of network coverage, or selfpay.
